Terms of Service

Before You Commission:

- I have a soft limit of 4 characters per piece. If you want a piece that contains more than 4 characters, feel free to ask me about it! Just keep in mind that I may not accept the commission.- Please provide a color-key, or unshaded reference picture for me! if you don't have one, that's fine, but please note that colors may be slightly off.- Complex character designs WILL raise the base price.- I have the right to decline any commission for any reason, at any point before I begin, without need for explanation.- My typical turnaround time is 2-4 weeks, but due to outside circumstances such as health problems and personal business, it can sometimes take up to 2 months to receive your commission. Please allow up to 2 months before asking for a refund. By commissioning me, you agree to allow up to 2 months for your commission to be completed.

After Payment:

- After payment has been received in full, I will begin your commission.- I will provide a minimum of two WIPs per commission: One after the sketch is complete, and one after the colors have been added. I will ask you to approve both WIPs before I continue. Please check the art thoroughly, to be sure I haven't missed any details you requested!- If I've forgotten a detail of your commission (piece of clothing, facial expression, etc), please let me know AS SOON AS YOU NOTICE! Once the piece is finished, I won't be able to fix it for you!- I will NOT be able to make any edits after the art is complete. PLEASE be sure that everything is to your liking before you approve the WIPs!

After Completion:

- I will post completed art on my Twitter, Fur Affinity, and in my Discord server. If you do not want me to do this, you can request an Anonymous Commission, or a Secret Commission.Anonymous Commission: I will post the finished piece on my accounts, but I will NOT tag your username anywhere in the caption or description. No one will know who purchased it.Secret Commission: I will NOT post the finished piece ANYWHERE, even in my Discord server. The commission will be 100% private, between you and me only.- You are allowed to use your commission for personal use. This includes the right to use the art for prints, profile pictures, wallpapers, etc. It also grants you the right to make any edits you'd like to the finished art. You may repost your commission ONLY if you tag me and provide full credit to me, even if you have edited the piece.

Refund Policy:

- I will provide a full refund at any time before completion of the sketch if you ask for one.- If you need a refund after I've completed the sketch, I will only be able to provide a 50% refund. This is not negotiable.- If you need a refund after the lining process, I will only be able to provide a 25% refund. This is not negotiable.- Refunds will NOT be given after the piece is finished, UNLESS I made a big, obvious mistake (ie: Forgetting wings on a pegasus, forgetting stripes on a tiger, etc). Only in that case will I offer a full refund on a finished piece. Mistakes or oversights from your side (ie: Forgetting to tell me that you wanted a certain item of clothing included) are not valid reasons for a refund.- At any point after payment has been received, if I decide I can't do your commission for any reason, I will provide a full refund.- Arguing over refunds and/or refund percentages will not be tolerated, and any person who argues will be banned from commissioning me in the future.- Customers who file disputes/chargebacks will be blacklisted and will not be permitted to order from me ever again.Cancellations:- You may choose to cancel your commission in one of two ways.
- Refund: You may choose to cancel your commission and receive a refund, depending on where I am in the art process. See the above section for details.
- Donation: You may choose to cancel your commission and allow me to keep the payment as a donation.- If you choose to cancel a commission and donate the funds, please be sure in your decision. Once you have decided to donate your funds, I will move them into my bank and will no longer be able to refund you without losing money if you change your mind.
